I just signed up and have not received my username and password.
It should have been displayed after you registered your profile and emailed to the email address you provided when joining. If you are using a free web based email try checking the spam/junk folder as sometimes they can get routed there. If that doesn't work, just contact us, and we will help you locate your username/password.

I don't recognize some of the charges on my billing statement
We offer discreet billing for our customers. This means the description in your statement will not match the product name you signed up with. In its place, the name of our billing processing company will be on your statement. Please go to the web address on your billing statement for further support. -
How can I change my password or other information on my account?
Please visit the My Account section and change your password under the "Login Settings" link. -
What is a Member or Subscription ID?
A Member or Subscription ID is a unique identifying number that corresponds to the membership/subscription that you have purchased. You will receive your Member/Subscription ID immediately after the purchase of a membership/subscription via the e-mail address that you provided on the payment page. You should always maintain a record of your Member/Subscription ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a Billing Support Representative. With this number a Billing Support Representative can view your membership/subscription history, the time it was purchased, the charges made, as well as the payment information used for the purchase. -
How does billing work on the Trial membership I purchased?
We allow you to purchase a low cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days. Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan unless you cancel within the trial period (the specified number of days from which you purchased your trial). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information. -
How do I know that my membership was cancelled?
The system will send a cancel confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when you joined. -

What is the difference between Private 1-on-1 chat and Show Mode?
Private 1-on-1 Chat starts with the ability to chat free with the model. At any point one (and only one) of the registered users on the site can take the girl from free chat into a private chat area. From here the model will be able to get way more "comfortable" :). You will be alone with her and no other users (besides you) will be able to communicate with the model. Show Mode works differently. In "Show Mode" there is no free chat area. Only paying users are allowed to view the show. However, in this mode multiple users are allowed to view the nude show at once. Your purchases are ONE TIME, non-recurring charges. Your card will NOT be automatically rebilled. Purchases on PremiumCams simply provide you with pre-paid credits to use on a per-minute basis with one or more of our models. How often will I be charged for your services?
Your account will only be charged for the individual credit purchases you make. You will not be automatically billed. -
How do I cancel my membership?
PremiumCams is not a subscription site, so there is nothing to cancel. You are only billed as YOU decide to add more credit into your account. -
How can I spend more than the $175 limit per day?
Please dial the premier club number displayed in the site when you attempt to exceed the daily limit. Or please send us an Email from the same account you used to sign-up your account and include your username.
